Where duplicate accounts are discovered, all accounts involved will be closed and any outstanding balances forfeited.

Deposits

- nd8888 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your mobile financial services provider may apply their own transaction charges.
- You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- nd8888 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used to deposit funds.
Withdrawals
- Minimum single withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification.
- All withdrawal requests require identity verification to be completed before funds are released. This includes submission of a valid NID or passport.
- nd8888 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and banking partner.
- Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been met in full.
- nd8888 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of anti-money-laundering (AML) checks where required.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
nd8888 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual offers.
- Bonuses are only available to players who have completed the full account registration and verification process.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible player unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

- Maximum bet limits apply when playing with an active bonus. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum may result in bonus cancellation and related winnings being voided.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on nd8888 are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between general rules and sport/game-specific rules, the more specific rule shall prevail.
- A bet is considered accepted only once nd8888 has confirmed the wager and a unique bet reference number has been issued. No bet is valid until this confirmation is received.
- nd8888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed malfunction. Players will be notified and the stake returned in full.
- Live in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 internationals) and football may be suspended or settled in accordance with live match data. nd8888 is not liable for delays in live data feeds.
- In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to the market in question.
- Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed within the bet placement interface and may vary by sport, market, and event.
- nd8888 casino games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. All outcomes are random and independently verifiable. The house edge for each game is displayed within the game information section.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits for casino games are displayed within each individual game interface.
- nd8888 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues, device failures, or power interruptions during active gaming sessions. Any bets pending at the time of disconnection will be settled according to the final recorded game state on our servers.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using nd8888, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to relevant authorities:
- Using the nd8888 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
- Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors in odds or game logic, or any technical malfunction to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets or interact with casino games.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games, poker tournaments, or sports betting markets.
- Opening or operating multiple nd8888 accounts, whether personally or through third parties acting on your behalf.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing nd8888 staff members or other players through any communication channel.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the nd8888 platform, software, or security systems.
- Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or payment method ownership to nd8888 at any time.
nd8888 reserves the right to take all necessary legal and technical measures to prevent prohibited conduct and to recover any damages or losses caused by such conduct. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally where required.
Account Suspension & Closure
nd8888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents within the required timeframe.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of applicable law.
- Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions initiated by the player against nd8888.
- Detection of multiple accounts or other abuse of the platform's promotional system.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee as specified in the account settings panel.

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is completed.
